Terence joined Anthony Nolan in November 2018 and leads the Engagement division. Terence is responsible for the engagement strategy that will connect more people with Anthony Nolan's cause and enable them to help the organisation's lifesaving work. The division is responsible for developing the voluntary income strategy for the organisation, building awareness of our work, including the brand and communications strategy and overseeing essential growth in the stem cell donor register. The importance of our supporters is critical in our success as an organisation and the Engagement division plays a key role in building meaningful long-term relationships to enable the organisation to save even more lives. Terence has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 16 years. He built his career at BarnardoÕs, Save the Children and most recently at Teach First where he was Director of Development and played a key role in developing and launching Teach FirstÕs new organisational strategy and as part of Save the ChildrenÕs leadership team delivering significant growth across the fundraising mix, including launching the multi-million pound Christmas Jumper Day. Outside of work, TerenceÕs passions lie in travel, theatre and music. He can also be regularly found running in his hometown of London.
