Ramika Prajapati

Ramika is a founder-minded, high impact professional with 8+ years of work experience across the public and charity sector of the UK and India. She turns bold ideas into measurable positive change for the most disadvantaged people of the world. Currently working as Director of Operations & Strategy of National Youth Arts Trust, she is leading this youth charity's national wide operations & growth. Previously, as COO/Deputy CEO of Queen's Crescent Community Association, she led operations across 5-community sites in Camden and supported 60+ staff. She led on operations, execution, strategy and safeguarding, and placed £1.5M charity surplus in high impact investments to feed core funding of the charity. She has judged several Third Sector Awards in 2025 & is also a fully funded Clore Social Leadership fellow.
