Paul has been partnering famous faces with charity campaigns since joining the RNLI in 2007 ahead of a move to Macmillan Cancer Support in 2013. Having joined BBC Drama Casting from university followed by a period as an actor’s agent, Paul has been fortunate to collaborate and build strong relationships with talent from across the entertainment, music, sport, and digital-first industries. Paul Cullen Partnerships was founded in 2019 which has enabled Paul to bring his expertise of working with talent to a range of organisations including: Alzheimer’s Society, Asthma + Lung UK, BookTrust, Dementia Carers Count, Hospice UK, Mental Health Foundation, QEF, Sightsavers, Speakers for Schools, Versus Arthritis, as well as a return to the RNLI. Paul has also partnered famous faces with commercial projects including the notonthehighstreet ‘Thank You Postie’ campaign, winner of a PRCA DARE Award 2021, in association with Fanclub PR.
Paul is regularly asked for his opinion on celebrity/charity partnerships and has contributed to BBC Radio 4’s ‘Moral Maze’, TRT World’s ‘RoundTable’, and Sky News, in addition to sector specific conferences and panel discussions.
