Voices of the Exploited

Link to Change

Voices of the Exploited is a raw and moving campaign video created in-house by Link to Change, a frontline charity working with children and young people that are victims and survivors of sexual exploitation. Featuring real life stories, and powerful imagery, the video gives voice to those too often silenced or ignored — amplifying the lived experiences of young people and exposing the realities of grooming, manipulation, and trauma.

Co-produced with survivors and rooted in our trauma-informed practice, the campaign is not just awareness-raising — it’s a call to action. It challenges professionals, communities, and decision-makers to see beyond the headlines and statistics, and to truly listen to young people.

This campaign has reached over 25,000 views across the globe, influenced local safeguarding conversations, and sparked meaningful dialogue across Bedfordshire and beyond. At its heart, Voices of the Exploited is about visibility, truth, and justice — and the urgent need to stand alongside children who have been let down by systems meant to protect them.

Through their words and courage, these young people are rewriting the narrative — and we are proud to help amplify their voices.
