The vision for the app was clear: to be a supportive experience for parents of premature babies and to provide health professionals with a tool to support their patients, while building awareness of the Tommy’s brand. Since the app launched in November 2021, there have been 6,200 app downloads to date: 1,400 installs on Android devices and 4,800 installs on iOS devices. The app was also reviewed by ORCHA and given a score of 67%. This means it can be shared in the NHS app library.
