Naomi and Jack's

Naomi and Jack’s demonstrated exceptional impact, innovation and growth over the past year. Guided by its 'Reach More, Do More' strategy, the charity expanded its services, supported more families and strengthened both environmental and income sustainability. Over 11 months, the charity delivered 400 admissions, supported over 650 families, provided over 1,600 bed nights, increased family support, counselling, art therapy and hydrotherapy sessions. The charity retained its Outstanding CQC rating and continued pioneering specialist services, including England’s only Duchenne muscular dystrophy clinic. A stable income has enabled continued investment in care, workforce and facilities, while environmental initiatives and retail operations have supported sustainable growth. A major rebrand and a new website have increased awareness and accessibility, helping more families engage with the services. These achievements show Naomi and Jack’s excellence, compassionate care and commitment to continue to support more families with expert palliative care in central southern England.
