Millennium Point Charitable Trust

We're a Birmingham-based charity which provides £4.98m annually in support for the growth of science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM) education and industry in the city and the wider west midlands region. We are one of the last surviving Millennium Commission Projects in the UK still operating under our original mission and objectives.

With a passionate team at the helm, we achieve this mission through projects and events funded and facilitated through our commercial assets as a landmark public building, commercial property and multi-award-winning conference and events venue in the Eastside of Birmingham City Centre. Initiatives include £3.4m in grant funding for STEM educational resources and projects, £87,000 in scholarships for STEM related degrees and a 71% rent reduction in rents for our STEM tenants like Thinktank Science Museum and Birmingham City University's Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment and Steamhouse. Through our work we strive to not only make STEM education and industry accessible to everyone regardless of their background and environment; but bring industry, education and communities together to promote collaboration and positive change.
