Our approach combines rigorous audience insight, behaviour change theory, creative campaigning and impact-led evaluation. We don't measure success by outputs alone; we focus on the real-world change our work creates.
This year, we’ve helped the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy challenge barriers preventing midlife women from seeking therapy. Our 'No More Stiff Upper Lip' campaign generated national conversation and led to a 25% increase in our audiences’ consideration of therapy.
For the Lucy Faithfull Foundation, we delivered one of the UK's most challenging behaviour change campaigns, encouraging online child sexual abuse offenders and those at risk of offending to seek help. 58% of post-campaign survey respondents recalled the campaign, citing it as their trigger for seeking support and, of those, 84% took the action recommended to change their behaviour.
Our ‘Talking Futures’ campaign for Gatsby Charitable Foundation reached millions of parents and young people, driving conversations about technical education and opening pathways to future careers.
Alongside campaign delivery, we’ve expanded our strategic consultancy offer for charities, securing new clients including BookTrust, RSPB, WRAP and caba. Our work proves that, when expertly delivered, communications can be a powerful force for positive change.
