Jyoti Chauhan

Over the past four years Retail Volunteer Jyoti has transformed from a shy volunteer who preferred working in the stock room to becoming the shop’s celebrated “Queen of Roundups,” regularly leading in securing additional donations at the till.

Jyoti is now a core member of the Merrion shop team, contributing across all aspects of the retail role. She also holds the record for the highest number of volunteering hours since 2020, having donated an outstanding 2,162 hours.

In 2025, her involvement expanded when she completed onboarding as an Admin Volunteer, supporting the Volunteer Services Team every Tuesday. Her tasks include preparing birthday cards, creating name badges, and assisting with volunteer recognition activities.

Jyoti is dedicated, kind, and committed to developing her skills, always approaching every task with care and enthusiasm.
