Holly Dwyer

National Trust

Holly has been a dedicated and compassionate member of the Dinefwr team since 2015, profoundly impacting the community with her exceptional kindness and interpersonal skills. We regularly receive emails wanting to recognise the significant and lasting impression she has left with a visitor. The whole team at the National Trust would love the opportunity to thank her on a national scale and show how small acts of kindness can make a significant difference to someone’s life.

Her ability to connect with people of all ages, especially teenagers, leaves an impression on everyone she encounters in her role as Visitor Operations and Experience Manager. Her warmth has inspired young minds, fostered inclusivity, and created safe spaces for all. Holly's standout moments include empowering a teenager to dream of working for the National Trust, ensuring the dignity of a low-income family at Easter, and promoting respect among local youth through her gentle authority.

Holly's unassuming and quiet dedication, kindness, and ability to make a positive difference make her a deserving candidate for the Unsung Hero award. Her presence in our community is a source of pride, we are fortunate to work with her and set an example we should all aspire to.
