Spanning the 24/7 National Gambling Helpline, online services, and community-based outreach and treatment, the team offers a seamless, person-centred approach - from first contact to long-term recovery.

This multidisciplinary team combines empathy, expertise and innovation to ensure no one faces gambling harm alone. Whether someone is reaching out anonymously at 3am or engaging in structured treatment in their local community, the support is always accessible, compassionate and tailored.

Key achievements in the past year include: - A record 55,228 helpline and live chat contacts, with 74% receiving meaningful support interventions. - Introduction of WhatsApp support, adding over 6,000 new interactions. - Delivery of over 9,100 free treatment sessions across the UK. - Launch of the Leeds Community Gambling Service and award-winning work in the criminal justice system.
