Hatch’s fundraising team has played an integral part in the organisation’s growth over the past year, bringing financial stability and allowing us to plan and expand our delivery to underrepresented founders, and scaling the team itself. Doubling Hatch’s income in the space of a year is no mean feat, yet that’s exactly what the team has achieved. They’ve been actively diversifying our income, forging new partnerships, and are now powering ahead with an ambitious five year strategy. They’ve brought in brand new partnerships with some of the most recognisable brands in the country including Patagonia and Glossier, and expertly built on existing relationships that have helped us to raise £1.7million in 2021-22.
The team has not only built a strong foundation for the charity, but has enabled us to continue on our ambitious trajectory to expand and diversify our reach geographically, to new sections of society as well as providing new ways to support founders. With all four members of the team now fully embedded within the charity this year, Hatch is now in the best position possible to continue on our trajectory of growth to support existing and new beneficiaries across the country.
