Cornwall Air Ambulance
Our Fundraising Team have excelled through an ambitious aim of raising over £7.5 million as part of their annual target, but also an additional £2.85 million appeal to help buy a second life-saving aircraft for the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The Heli2 Heroes initiative, which offered supporters the chance to have their name featured on the aircraft, sold out at 1,200 places through an innovative campaign. Our in-memory giving journey was completely redesigned and integrated into our website, resulting in higher engagement and increased donations. Legacy income also rose, aided by improved visibility of the charity’s brand in funeral directors and solicitor offices.
We refined our comms and supporter experience with higher-end, emotionally resonant materials—contributing to our flagship Helifest selling out at 5,000 attendees for the first time.
Through powerful content, including the chart-topping Sing it Home album and Christmas animation, we reached new audiences, raised over £250,000 from our Christmas appeal, and built deeper supporter relationships. We launched a 'Stepping Out to save lives' campaign which sold over 30 steps to businesses as part of a sponsorship deal. These campaigns didn’t just raise funds—it grew loyalty, visibility, and a sustainable giving platform for future years.
