Emma Bray became Chief Executive of I Choose Freedom two years ago at a time when the domestic abuse charity was at risk of closure, and her incredible leadership has stabilised the lifesaving charity, created new projects, secured vital funding and built a strong vision for the future, As someone who has lived experience of domestic abuse, she is now changing the lives of other survivors, but also showing that experiencing domestic abuse doesn't have to define your future and that you can go on to achieve and succeed. She is courageous and inspirational leader, who is strategic and ambitious for what the service can achieve in the future,
