Arjun Malhotra

Arjun has built Migrant Help’s Co-Production function from scratch, starting on his own and building not just a team but also a network of Lived Experience Advisory Panels that now influence decisions, shape services and inform legislation.

He encourages and supports colleagues across all levels of the charity to include client voice in as many projects as possible.

Arjun continuously improves his area, taking on feedback, looking at new ideas from staff and clients and challenging the organisation’s thinking to drive client voice forward. He has made a huge impact on the organisation, ensuring we are all listening to our clients and working with them as equal decision makers on service improvements, delivering events and developing projects.
