Since joining GOSH Charity, Abena has led a transformational shift in our committed giving programme, reversing a decline and building a robust and sustainable income stream. As Head of Committed Giving, she has grown our predictable monthly income, increased our active supporter base by 80%, and launched innovative fundraising products like a new regular giving lottery. Her efforts have made committed giving the charity’s largest income stream.

A strategic thinker and inspiring leader, Abena has fostered a high performing, inclusive team culture, described by her team as “genuine, supportive, and visionary.” Her innovative work supports GOSH Charity’s biggest ever fundraising appeal for the Children’s Cancer Centre, aligning deeply with GOSH charity’s mission.
