Dr Nihara Krause MBE

Dr Nihara Krause, MBE is an award-winning Consultant Clinical Psychologist, lecturer, speaker, founder and CEO of stem4. She has developed a wellbeing programme embedded in schools and been the clinical creator for stem4 offers which include a digital mental health literacy programme for schools, numerous resources on mental health including coping with the pandemic, translated into seven languages; five, evidence based mental health Apps which have won several awards and with nearly 4 million downloads worldwide, has been consulted to advise on policy, has been mentor to the Youth Health Parliament and contributed to a House of Lords enquiry on cyberbullying. Nihara contributes regularly to TV, radio, and the media.
