Deepanshi Gulati

Deepanshi is the Founder of Rain On Me, a non profit that offers free International and London peer support groups to young adults who want to build resilience and vent distress without fear of judgment. Along with being a Trustee to LAPIS (London Accessibility Psychotherapy & Inclusive Supervision), Deepanshi is an Ambassador for MQ Mental Health Research and on the Youth Board at Calzy Foundation. She works at the Royal College of Psychiatrists as a Peer Reviewer is also completing her MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy. Rain On Me's support group received a Marsh Award in the 'Overcoming Barriers' category by Mind in 2022. Deepanshi also won the 'Rising Star' title at the 2024 Third Sector Awards. She has dedicated her life to creating safe spaces for herself and others.
