Clodagh Connolly

Clodagh leads the Business for Societal Impact (B4SI) network dedicated to business who are committed to excellence in societal impact. She developed and delivered the change strategy globally and manages the strategic direction and operational overview. Before joining Corporate Citizenship, Clodagh was at the British Red Cross, and led the award-winning Implementation Team within Independent Living & Crisis Response, where she was also part of the national management team. Prior to moving to the UK, she worked with Business in the Community Ireland, and as a member of the senior management team developed their community offering. She assisted member companies on their community involvement strategies; supporting the aims of Business Action on Education; and advocated for and led a movement to develop a volunteering infrastructure in Ireland. ClodaghÕs experience over the past twenty five years spans all three sectors Ð private, public and non-profit.
