Cat began her career as a national journalist specialising in human‑interest storytelling before moving in‑house to senior roles at Macmillan Cancer Support, The Children's Society and the Royal British Legion. As Head of Media at Asthma + Lung UK she led her team to win Communications Team of the Year at the Third Sector Awards. In 2023, Cat launched her consultancy to support more charities to thrive while creating a more flexible life with her daughter.
