Anne-Marie Zaritsky

Anne-Marie has worked in volunteer management for over 22 years, and has been Head of Volunteering at Mencap for 8 years. Previous roles have included Alzheimer’s Society where she co-designed and led on the pilot delivery of Dementia Friends. A champion of accessible volunteering opportunities, over 13% of Mencap volunteers have a learning disability. Anne-Marie is also a Lead Assessor in England for Investing in Volunteers and an associate trainer for NCVO. Keen to practice what she preaches she volunteers for a food poverty charity and is on the board of her local community centre in SW London. A lot of her spare time is spent - the list just keeps getting longer!
