Keen to practice what she preaches she volunteers for a food poverty charity and is on the board of her local community centre in SW London. I'm looking to see a clear impact of volunteering and the role volunteers play in achieving the organisation's vision. I would hope to see evidence that volunteers are truly valued and appreciated, and have the opportunity to develop and grow within the organisation. Lastly and inclusive approach to volunteering the fits with organisational values.
