Adam is the Chief Executive of Total Insight Theatre which he founded in 2014 aged 23 to increase the number of children and young people benefitting from the arts. Since then, he has grown its services from a single classroom to having engaged over 18,000 children and young people across England. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, he ensured the charity's services did not stop, guiding it to adapt digitally to considerable success, winning the Charity Chief Executive of the year award for organisations with annual incomes under £5M at the 2021 Third Sector Awards. Adam sits on the Cultural Learning Alliance Advisory Panel, is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts, and appeared in The Big Issue’s Top 100 Changemakers 2020.
It's an absolute privilege to be Co-Chair of the 2022 Third Sector Awards and celebrate the work and impact of brilliant charities, individuals and sector organisations. A winning entry for me will be one that shows innovation and the ability to think outside the box to make a real difference for their organisation and those they support.
