Paul Bott

Chief Executive, Vista Blind

Starting as a Support Worker in a registered home Paul has spent the last 24 years working in charities.

After working in national roles for Scope and Catch22, where he led nationally significant programmes for the Home Office, Department for Education and the Big Lottery Fund, Paul joined local sight loss charity ‘Vista’ as Chief Executive in 2012.

Paul refocussed the charity, developing partnerships across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and with other sight loss organisations nationally.

Vista is now an award winning charity that has grown its reach by 400% and is of real benefit to the diverse communities of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, of benefit to the local voluntary sector, and of benefit to people with sight loss nationally.
