Dominique Airey was recently revealed to be one of the country's most promising young business women and listed as one of the top 35 under 35 by Management Today. Dominique developed her sharp, commercial accumen at the start her career when she joined global FMCG company P&G as a graduate.
After several years managing global brands in the corporate world, she turned her attention to the third sector where she is now combining her skills and her passion for supporting vulnerable people. Airey joined Khulisa from the international NGO Youth Business International where she raised tens of millions of dollars helping young, unemployed people start their own companies. As well as her current CEO role at criminal justice charity Khulisa, Dominique volunteers as a youth mentor giving valuable careers advice. She is committed to rehabilitating offenders and diverting vulnerable young people away from a life of crime and is inspiring her team and everyone she works with; revitalizing the sector with her boundless energy and drive.
